Followed here from Barebones and I have to tell you that the Bison & sweet potato chili is to die for ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The texture is perfect – love the crunch of the sweet potatoes and the heat is just right.
Well done! It will be one of my go-to dishes.
And, of course I tweaked it a bit – didn’t have 2 large cans of tomatoes – not sure they both were needed but I added 2 large juicy tomatoes and a 14 Oz. Can of tomato sauce with 2 10oz cans Rotel tomatoes.
